Precise temperature control is necessary for industrial operations to guarantee both optimal equipment performance and product quality. The 10HP industrial air-cooled water chiller is a high-efficiency refrigeration equipment. High-efficiency refrigeration, accurate temperature control

The 10HP air-cooled water chiller uses the new American Copeland compressor scroll compressor, which operates smoothly reduces the temperature quickly, and maintains it at a constant level. The interior is equipped with a precision electronic temperature controller, which accurately controls the water temperature at 3℃ -35 ℃, meeting the needs of high precision temperature control, the full stainless steel open water tank allows for convenient and quick maintenance.

The cooling system is equipped with a high-efficiency fin condenser. The water pump is from a high-end brand, and the refrigeration accessory is from an American brand: EMERSON. We usually choose R22 as refrigerant, but we can also choose environmentally friendly refrigerants like R407C, R404A, R410A, R134a, according to different countries and regions.

Advanced technology, stable operation

The refrigeration principle of the 10HP air-cooled water chiller is based on an efficient refrigeration circulation system. The refrigerant is first compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. Then it enters the condenser for heat dissipation, cooling, and conversion to a high-pressure liquid. It then passes through the evaporator to absorb heat from the chilled water, decreasing the water temperature further, thus completing the refrigeration process.

The model is equipped with high and low-pressure protection, an anti-freeze switch, current overload protection, and other safety mechanisms to ensure long stable operation, preventing abnormal conditions and extending the water chiller's life. We use the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger tube is made of 316L stainless steel tube to prevent corrosion of the heat exchanger tube caused by water quality problems.

Because 10HP air-cooled water chiller doesn't need to be equipped with a cooling tower, it avoids the problem of installing a heat dissipation system. This small and medium-sized portable air-cooled water chiller ensures convenient installation.
