30HP Air-cooled Water Chillers--Efficient and Stable Industrial Cooling

Accurate temperature control is important in industrial production. To guarantee the quality of products and the longevity of the equipment, the temperature must be precisely controlled. A 30HP air-cooled water chiller is designed for small and medium industrial applications, with the advantages of high-efficiency refrigeration and intelligent temperature control. This water chiller is widely used in plastics processing, electronics manufacturing, electroplating, laser, food and pharmaceutical industries, etc.

High-efficiency refrigeration, precise temperature control

This model adopts an international brand of compressors: American Copeland, it can quickly cool down and keep the water temperature stable. The intelligent temperature control system can make sure the water temperature is between 3℃ to 35℃ with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. The condensing system uses a finned condenser and shell-and-tube evaporator to ensure fast cooling and efficient heat exchange. For the heat exchange tube, we adopt a 316L stainless steel tube to prevent corrosion caused by water quality problems.

Working Principle

The equipment realizes cooling through a vapor compression refrigeration cycle:

Step 1. Compression: the refrigerant is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas.

Step 2. Condensation: the gas enters the condenser to dissipate the heat and become a high-pressure liquid.

Step 3. Throttling: the refrigerant is depressurized by the expansion valve and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid.

Step 4. Evaporation: low-temperature refrigerant absorbs the heat of the chilled water to decrease the water temperature.

Multiple safety protection, stable operation

• Equipment is equipped with high- and low-pressure protection, anti-freeze protection, overload protection, a water shortage alarm, and other multiple safety devices to ensure long-term stable operation.

• The intelligent control system can monitor the equipment status in real time and automatically alarm for abnormal situations to reduce manual maintenance costs.

• As an air-cooled water chiller, no additional cooling tower installation is required to avoid water consumption, making it ideal for settings with a limited water supply or installation.
