Product Characteristics:
1. Adopting a gravity-type sprinkler design, hot water flows evenly through the heat dissipation material to the water tray through the sprinkler tray, and fresh air enters on both sides and discharges at the top for sufficient heat exchange with hot water to exhaust hot air and achieve a cooling effect.
2. The heat dissipation material is made of PP material, which can withstand high temperatures of 90 degrees and solve the problem of industrial high-temperature water return.
3. The main frame, bolts, etc, are all made of SUS304 (customizable SUS316L) material, solving the problems of traditional fiberglass cooling towers such as vulnerability, non-frost resistance, and non-recyclability.
4. The traditional countercurrent cooling tower nozzle and sprinkler pipe are prone to blockage and damage, while the gravity-type metal cooling tower has no nozzle and sprinkler pipe design, resulting in fewer vulnerable parts.
5. The axial flow fan with metal blades and a streamlined air duct has low wind resistance, high air volume, and high efficiency. Compared with traditional cooling tower fans, it lacks a transmission belt and has lower maintenance costs.
6. Compared with traditional fiberglass cooling towers, they do not require a special foundation and are made according to transportation dimensions. They can be directly loaded into containers for transportation without the need for on-site assembly, reducing installation costs.
